Discounts apply off the FULL PRICE only, and cannot be applied retrospectively if some team members have already booked.

Obtaining the team discount is simple. Please click the orange register button above, and when you get to the registration site, use the respective Registration Code below.

You do not have to book the entire team together at the same time, but you are expected to meet the threshold and any deadline dates, to qualify for that discount to avoid your price being readjusted to the appropriate discount level or full price. You can also book under one name, and edit the attendees' names later.

No, we do not combine discounts, so it is important you select the best discount for you. Check the prevailing Early Bird Discount and the applicable team discount, and pick the best option. 

Please note, your group does not need to book the same pass, each one of you can select a different pass, and still obtain the same group discount off the full ticket price of each respective pass.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

To receive the Early Bird Discount, your payment must be received prior to the Early Bird Date. If payment is not received, your conference fee will automatically be increased to the new price band.
 
SOLUTION PROVIDERS & CONSULTANTS
 
If you are a consultant, solution provider or sell-side organization selling products and services, you must select Solution Provider & Consultant Pass and any additional day passes for Monday, Tuesday or Friday. Any queries, please email breffell@proqis.com 
 
 
Any Solution Provider, Consultant, sell-side organization selling products and services that registers a non Solution Provider & Consultant Pass, will be upgraded to the Solution Provider & Consultant Pass, and if relevant any respective day passes, and pursued for the difference in the fee. GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH does not provide refunds for cancellations or fees already paid, and any fees due are payable in full.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY 

GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH does not provide refunds for cancellations, and any fees due/outstanding are payable in full. Invoices due cannot be cancelled. 

Please note, your conference fee will increase to the new price band, if payment is not received prior to the Early Bird Date.
 
If you have to cancel your registration you can either send a substitute colleague in your place or claim a credit within the time frames detail below before an event. To claim a credit or to send a substitute colleague, please send an email to info@proqis.com with the full contact details of the current attendee, the event they are registered for, and the full contact details of the substitute attendee, including their job title, telephone number and email address.
 
For cancellations received in writing more than fifteen (15) working days (Working days are Monday to Friday) prior to an event you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another event for up to one year from the date of issue. For cancellations received less than fifteen (15) working days prior to the event no credits will be issued. fifteen (15) working days

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for Visa refusals. You should obtain a Visa prior to registering. However, we cannot provide visa letters until your registration is fully paid, to prevent any fraudulent visa application activity. In case of Visa refusal, we recommend you re-apply, or request a credit to be used at another event for up to one (1) year from the date of issue, for cancellations received in writing more than (15) working days prior to an event. 

Fifteen (15) working days for BTOES 2020 is March 2nd, 2020. The official conference start date is March 23rd 2020. 

In the event that GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issue.
 
Payment must be received prior to the conference.

If payment is not received by the event date, any fees due are payable at the full price, and no credit will be issued for a future conference. It is important payment is received prior to the event date regardless of attendance.


In the event that GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements. The 100% credit will be allocated to the postponed event date. You also have the option to send a substitute colleague or someone in your network in your place.
 

In the event that GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH postpones an event for any reason, and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you have the option to send a substitute colleague or someone in your network in your place, or you can sell your ticket. You can also receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid, which can be used for another GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH event to be mutually agreed with GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH, or for the same event for up to 3 years from the date of postponement of the original event date.

Except as specified above, no credits will be issued. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

 
GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; epidemic or pandemic, or any other emergency.
 
Please note, that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
 
GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the programme, agenda, speakers, dates and venue location and can also cancel or postpone events if enrolment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each delegate if the event is postponed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled for any reason. Please note, if the event is postponed and rescheduled to a future date, no refunds will be provided, and you would still be responsible for the full fee. GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only if the event is completely cancelled and not postponed. GLOBAL MEDIA RESEARCH is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, postponement, alteration or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control including, without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, accident, epidemic or pandemic, or any other emergency.
 
VIDEO RECORDINGS
 
A number of sessions are video recorded, including a number of event activities for the event promotional highlights video, and by registering for this conference, you are giving us express permission for your inclusion in video material.
