The Business Transformation & Operational Excellence World Summit (BTOES) Executive Advisory Board consists of outstanding and progressive leaders across key industries. Members are chosen who are at forefront of building cultures of excellence and reshaping the role of continuous improvement to prepare for the future, to transform their businesses, achieve top-line growth, and gain a competitive advantage. In their role as board members, they provide valuable insights, feedback, and guidance regarding the work and direction of the BTOES Summits and serve as promotional ambassadors.
As a board member, you will provide insights, feedback, and nominate speakers for BTOES while gaining recognition as an industry thought leader.

As a valued member of the BTOES Advisory Board, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and content of the summit, ensuring it remains the world’s leading event for business, digital, and AI-driven transformation. Your insights help us design an agenda that reflects the latest challenges, innovations, and opportunities facing global enterprises today.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute fresh ideas – Provide three topic or session proposals for any of the People, Process, or AI Tracks, including a title, brief introduction, and key takeaways. These will be submitted and discussed via email correspondence with the BTOES content team.
• Expand the community – Refer two VP-level or higher practitioners involved in Business Transformation, AI, or Operational Excellence from a Fortune 500 or S&P 500 company to participate in the event. Referrals can be shared by email for a personal introduction.
• Engage senior leadership – Refer your Chief, EVP, SVP, or Global Head of Business Transformation, AI, or Operational Excellence to speak and join the private Executive Level Forum at the summit. (Must be from a Fortune 500 or S&P 500 organisation.)
• Review and provide feedback – Participate via email in reviewing the draft agenda, offering input on topics, structure, and speaker recommendations to ensure the highest level of relevance and impact.
Your contributions will be coordinated primarily through email, allowing for flexibility and ease of participation while ensuring your expertise shapes the direction and success of BTOES.
The Advisory Board tenure is three months, coinciding with the core event production and content development phase, which typically begins 11 months prior to the conference date. During this period, you’ll collaborate entirely via email to provide referrals and insights that shape the summit’s direction and impact, contribute topic ideas, and review the draft agenda.
There are no scheduled meetings or calls required — all communication and feedback are managed conveniently through email, allowing you to participate flexibly alongside your existing professional commitments.
Although the active advisory period spans three months, your recognition and visibility continue year-round. You will be featured across all event marketing and content channels — including the event website, global newsletters, and BTOES Insights communications — reaching over 1,000,000+ professionals worldwide and positioning you as a leading voice in excellence, transformation, and innovation.
• Are thought leaders actively driving business, digital, and AI-driven transformation, and operational excellence within leading global enterprises.
• Lead successful, high-impact programs delivering measurable outcomes and sustainable results.
• Have previously engaged with BTOES as attendees, speakers, award finalists, or winners.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to sharing insights, mentoring peers, and contributing to the advancement of the global excellence and transformation community.
• Are available and willing to actively participate in the advisory board role during the three-month content development phase (via email only).
• Have the ability to nominate two VP-level or higher speakers from organisations with exceptional growth — including Fortune 500 companies or those ranked within the Top 10 in their respective industry in the USA.
• Meet the seniority criteria: C-Level, Global Head, Head of Function, EVP, SVP, VP, or Director-level executives directly involved in Business Excellence, Transformation, Innovation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Strategy Execution, Change Management, Customer Experience, Lean Enterprise, Process Optimization, or Capability Excellence.
• Possess 20+ years of professional experience in a field directly related to the summit’s key themes — ensuring their perspectives represent both depth and strategic foresight.
• Have job titles and responsibilities that align directly with the conference’s focus areas to ensure topic relevance and audience alignment.
