AVP - HCA Building Capital Productivity and Strategy, HCA Healthcare
Mr. Crotty is currently responsible for capital productivity and execution strategies for HCA's Design and Construction's $1.5B project portfolio. Mr. Crotty has over 30 years of experience in leading a diverse set of supply chains from check printing, automotive parts to power generation in operational excellence and transformations.
He also has provided operational excellence and transformation leadership in over 40 industries to include telecomm, defense electronics and the aviation industries. Mr. Crotty joined HCA in May of 2015 to lead the embedded Building Capital team and the extended partner advocate team leading HCA’s Design and Construction transformation.
Mr. Crotty has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Mr. Crotty is certified Project Management Professional and Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence Lead Examiner.

Kelli Pierce is Senior Vice President of Data and Services Operational Excellence at Mastercard. Thom, Managing Partner of EK, was formerly the Vice President of Quality & Operational Excellence for Daikin Applied. Previously, he was the Chief Innovation Officer and Founder of Leanserv LLC, a consulting and Professional Services company. During his 26-year career, he had expat assignments with General Electric in Turkey, Romania, Canada and England. He served as Vice President at Tenneco leading the global Operational Excellence initiative for the company overseeing Manufacturing & Business Operations.
Thom has an extensive background in thedesign and launch of enterprise-wide business systems utilizing his comprehensive background of Lean Six Sigma and Problem Solving leading companies through Recovery, Turnaround and Transformation. Previously, he was the Vice President of Power Solutions at Johnson Controls. In this role, Thom developed and executed the Business Transformation for Power Solutionsfive-year business strategy, and led a team of highly qualified experts to directly impact Quality, Cost, and Delivery to customers, both external and internal. He was the Executive LeanEnterprise & Business Transformation Leader at GE Transportation where he led the re-launch of GE's Lean Six Sigma program across the enterprise of GE Transportation focused on productquality, speed to market, and cost effectiveness. Thom was also the Chief Operating Officer & Business Transformation Leader at GE Capital/ Garanti Bank where he overcame cultural and language barriers to lead the full Operations organization and pioneered Lean Six Sigmamethodologies within the Banking industry of Turkey and Romania.
In addition, Thom has held positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Banking within the Appliances, Plastics, Corporate, Capital, and Transportation divisions of GEas well as three Joint Ventures. Within his consulting business, Thom has also re-engineeredvarious functions while acting as interim executive. Vishal Gupta is global CTO and Senior Vice President, Technology at Unisys. Vishal leads the global technology and product organization across six global centers and over 1500 technology associates and leads a global technology business of over $700 M in close partnership with sales. Prior to Unisys, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product management at Symantec responsible for five product lines in Cyber security. Prior to his current role, Rodolfo was VP Supply Chain, Operational Excellecne and Procurement at ADT, and has held various executive positions including Fire & Security Regional Group Director and CIO, comprised of supply chain, operational excellence, information technology (IT), environmental, health and safety (EHS&W), real estate, operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and trade compliance for the Retail, Fire, Residential, Small Business and Commercial verticals.
Prior to joining Tyco, Rodolfo held leadership positions at All American Semiconductors, HB Fuller Company, Beauty Group International/Cosmo International Latin America, Deloitte Consulting, Vitro Group and FAA Repair Station, in operations, global supply chain, operational excellence, multi plant management, EH&S, engineering and quality.

Dr. Raphael is a computer scientist by training and author of a dozen scientific publications on data integration, ontologies and workflow systems. He spent over a decade developing software in industry and academia prior to shifting his focus to the energy industry and the application of information technology to risk management, quantitative finance, and business strategy.
