Kristine Martin Anderson is an Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton. Based in Rockville, Maryland, she is recognized as a thought leader for her expertise in quality measurement and using health information technology to improve patient care.
Ms. Martin Anderson leads Booz Allen’s work in Civil Health supporting the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration. Prior to joining Booz Allen, she was the Vice President for Operations and Strategy at CareScience, a software solutions company that she helped to launch in 1992 and take public in 2000. CareScience created the nation’s first Web-based clinical performance improvement system for hospitals and the nation’s first health information exchange.
Ms. Martin Anderson currently serves on the Quality and Safety Committee of the Board of Directors for the Mercy Health System in St. Louis, MO, the Board of Directors for the eHealth Initiative, the HIMSS Quality and Patient Safety Leadership Committee and the National Quality Forum’s Standing Committee on Cost and Resource Use. She is the chairperson for the Technical Expert Panels (TEPs) for the Medicaid Managed Care and CHIP Quality Rating System and the Marketplace Quality Rating System. She has been a contributor on multiple advisory panels. There are several words to describe Dr. Christopher Boone: health futurist, patient advocate, executive, professor, social scientist, and self-proclaimed “data hippie.” Boone is recognized as being a dynamic, innovative thought leader and a public voice on the power of health data and its ability to radically change the U.S. health care delivery system.
Boone currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of the Real World Data & Analytics Center of Excellence at Pfizer, an adjunct professor in the health informatics program at the University of Cincinnati, an active board member of several influential organizations, and a co-founder of a few start-up companies. Most recently, he was honored as a 2017 40 Under 40 Leader in Minority Health Award by the National Minority Quality Forum and Congressional Black Caucus.
Boone also served as the CEO & Executive Director for the Health Data Consortium, a public-private partnership under the Obama Administration focused on advancing open health data and promoting innovation using health data in the U.S. and globally. Moreover, he launched the Real World Informatics and Digital Strategies advisory services practice at Avalere Health and ushered the American Heart Association into the digital age of research as the national lead for health informatics.
Boone holds, or has held, appointments to some of the most influential national committees focused on health data and patient centricity, including the Board of Directors for the Stewards of Change Institute, the Executive Board of Directors for the Patient Advocate Foundation, the Executive Board of Directors for the National Patient Advocate Foundation, the Board of Directors for SHARE for Cures, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH) Initiative, the Interoperability Committee for the National Quality Forum, the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics (NCVHS) Working Group on HHS Data Access and Use, the Health IT Policy Committee (federal advisory committee), and the advisory group for the American Society of Clinical Oncologists’ (ASCO) CancerLinQ initiative.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Boone earned a B.S. from the University of Tulsa, a M.S. from the University of Texas at Arlington, a PhD from the University of Texas at Dallas, and two executive certificates from the Harvard Kennedy School. In addition, he is a certified healthcare executive and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Ali Tinazli is leading the corporate-wide, global strategy for Healthcare and Life Sciences for HP Inc. in the CTO Office. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of a bioinformatics/computer processor company, and serves as a Board Member at various start-up companies in the biomedical/digital health space. Dr. Ali Tinazli has a deep background in the science and business of biomedicine and healthcare. Ali has done extensive work in the field of molecular biology of aging and nanobiotechnology and has authored about 20 publications.
He received his PhD in BioChemistry from J.W. Goethe University in Germany, and also studied business at UC, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. After receiving his Ph.D., Ali was in Corporate Development at Applied Biosystems (now: Thermo Fisher) where he conducted technology scouting and in-licensing. Dr. Levine initially started out his physician leadership career as the CEO of PsychCare Alliance and Topaz Health, where grew this to become the largest behavioral health medical group in the United States doing full risk and collaborative behavioral health care.
Dr. Levine is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine since 1992 as well as resident expert on Population Health.
