We will always try and accommodation private forum members, if you wish to present on any of the nine stages at the BTOES19 summit. Please email speaking@proqis.com with your Topic Title, Topic Intro, and 4-6 bullet points the key takeaways attendees will get from your session, along with a headshot photo, and bio and this will be reviewed

Terms and Conditions of Booking
Cancellation by the Attendee (Client): Whilst your participation at Global Heads of Operational Excellence Private Forum is complimentary and includes food and drink during the scheduled program, you are responsible for your travel to and from the event location, your hotel accommodation and any other associated costs are not included in the program.
However if I (Client) cancel my booking on or after February 8, 2019 or do not attend the event without giving notice before February 8, 2019 ("The Cancellation Deadline"), I or my company will be liable for a cancellation fee as liquidated damages and not a penalty of $1000 (“The Cancellation Fee”) or my company will be liable for this fee if I leave the company. If I can provide a suitable replacement, at the sole discretion of the Organizers, that attends the event this charge will be refunded.
Due to the inability of either of the parties to determine with certainty the damages the Organizers would suffer should the Client cancel their participation at the Event within a certain time period, Client agrees $1000 as liquidated damages and not as a penalty is reasonable. Cancellation will only become effective upon receipt by Organizers of written cancellation notice from Client and as such Client must retain reasonable proof of delivery of such notice. Reasonable proof of delivery is agreed as an e-mail acknowledgment by Organizers or proof of delivery receipts by FedEx or UPS.
Payment of Cancellation Fee The Cancellation Fee (if applicable) is payable within 30 days of the date of cancellation received after which time the Cancellation Fee will bear interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) until paid, unless this rate exceeds the maximum rate permitted by applicable laws, in which event the maximum legal rate shall apply.
Attendees, please note: This invitation has been extended to you as a representative of the company stated above. If you are no longer employed by the above company your invitation to Annual Global Heads of Operational Excellence Private Forum is no longer valid and you will be deemed to have canceled your participation. In such circumstances, cancellations occurring after The Cancellation Deadline will still have The Cancellation Fee apply. Please contact the Organizers if you have moved to a new company and, if appropriate, we will extend a new invitation to you representing your new employer.
Proqis reserves the right to review and cancel this registration at any time. Some reasons include, your job function is no longer relevant, or you are a professional services/solution provider organisation. Refusal to participate in meetings or presentations. Refusal to join a panel session or roundtable if requested.
